What Happens In Vegas…

Last week we took a trip to Vegas, without ever leaving Florida! Vegas was brought to us with a fun Casino themed night. We played a variety of games such as Poker, Roulette, and Blackjack. The competition was fierce as there was a prize on the line: lottery tickets! Friendly competition is a great way to bond and build team relationships, and what better way to do so than with some gambling.

“Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.”

Let us know in the comments what some of your favorite casino games are and how you like to build team relationships.

Rock and Brew

rock and brew

We need a little Rock and Roll in our lives sometimes. Last week for our amazing Team Night we went to Rock and Brew here in Orlando and had an amazing time together. It was the week birthday of two great employees of MCO INC they have been with us for such a long time so we decided to celebrate such a special moment with them and get a little special desert as an extra point. Friends and family are invited to join us every week, for our warming get together.

Here at MCO Inc., we strive for all our team members to work towards earning their own office through promotions. But of course, you need to work hard and dream big to be able to achieve that goal. If you have a mindset that you want to get someplace you need to start taking the first step today to achieve that goal in the future.

Let us know in the comments some ways you work on team building. We’re always looking for new and fun ways to bond with one another.

On July 14, instead of getting together in the office for a morning routine as usual, the team members stopped by the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida  in Orlando to participate in our monthly volunteer opportunity. Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is a private, nonprofit organization that collects and distributes donated food to more than 550 nonprofit partner agencies in six Central Florida counties. At Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, our mission is to fight hunger in our community and change lives.

“We have to do what we can to help wherever and whenever it is possible for us to help.” Jackie Chan.

At MCO Inc., our main mission is to develop our team members by teaching them the skills they will need to one day run their own offices. Our senior account executives train every person from the beginning until they become solo account managers. With hard work, team bonding, and even fundraising, every person grows a little every day.

Luau Party

3

There is no better way to learn then having a special event for it, last Wednesday all of us got together at our manager’s house Ashley Allen for an extremely fun Luau party. We had a variety of Hawaiian, games such as the Limbo and a question of fun facts game and a special playlist of Hawaiian music. Plus got to learn a lot about the culture and also about AT&T in a different location. Everyone participated with a very enthusiastic attitude getting dressed up for the occasion and being very competitive with the special games.

“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.”

Having fun like the old times!

unnamed

Sometimes we need to go back in time and remember all of the old days when we used to have fun by playing games with our friends. After a long day at work there’s nothing better than enjoying a great time with your coworkers. Last week, some of the team members got together for a great time at Arcade City.  Friends and family are invited to join us every week, for our warming get together.
