What Happens In Vegas…

Last week we took a trip to Vegas, without ever leaving Florida! Vegas was brought to us with a fun Casino themed night. We played a variety of games such as Poker, Roulette, and Blackjack. The competition was fierce as there was a prize on the line: lottery tickets! Friendly competition is a great way to bond and build team relationships, and what better way to do so than with some gambling.

“Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.”

Let us know in the comments what some of your favorite casino games are and how you like to build team relationships.

We want to extend a congratulations to our team member Rob Coggin!

Last week, Rob was named one of the company’s VIP agents. Out of over 2,000 agents, only 10 were selected as outstanding performers. This is the first year the company introduced a VIP Experience for top performers at the annual National Conference, and one of our team members, Rob Coggin, has worked hard enough to earn that experience.

The VIP Experience includes VIP seating during the conference General Sessions and Awards Dinner. Agents also have their own VIP Meet and Mingle that include this year’s award nominees and winners. Inside the VIP Lounge, the agents have a private snack bar and photoshoot. Before the Awards Dinner, where they will have the front rows reserved for them, the VIP Agents will get to listen to a breakout discussion that features the company president and top performing ICL manager.

The National Conference is an incredible experience in itself and as an office, we are incredibly proud of Rob Coggin for achieving VIP status this year to make the trip even more memorable.

What’s better than Wednesday Specials?? Last week, some of the team members got together for a great night at Gator’s Dockside, which they enjoyed the all you can eat Wednesday special.  Friends and family are invited to join us every week, for our warming get together.

“Stay positive and happy. Work hard and don’t give up hope. Be open to criticism and keep learning. Surround yourself with happy, warm and genuine people.” Tena Desae

This is a perfect quote to describe the atmosphere we have here at MCO Inc., where we work hard every day, to accomplish our goals. But once in a while we all need to just have a little bit of fun and relax after a hard working day. Which leads us to working harder and better as a team; this is the time where we all get to know each other like a big family and help each with advises that will make everyone more successful the next day they come to the office.

Let us know in the comments some ways you work on team building. We’re always looking for new and fun ways to bond with one another.

Bowling for Bonding

All work and no play makes for a dreadful job. Every Wednesday night, after a day out in the field, we spend time together focusing on having fun.

Last week, some of the team members rounded up for a competitive bowling session at Colonial Lanes here in Orlando. Friends and family are invited to join us every week because they’re one of the multiple reasons we’re here doing what we do.

Growing individually allows you to grow professionally. Eventually, there is a point where you can no longer grow professionally by yourself. Bonding with your peers and developing genuine relationships allow you to assist one another in your professional growth.

Here at MCO Inc., we strive for all of our team members to work towards earning their own office through promotions. Together, we help make that a reality by assisting in training and encouraging one another. There is always the opportunity to learn something new from one another and you learn the most from those you work with on a daily basis.
