Gator’s Dockside Night

What’s better than Wednesday Specials?? Last week, some of the team members got together for a great night at Gator’s Dockside, which they enjoyed the all you can eat Wednesday special.  Friends and family are invited to join us every week, for our warming get together.

This is a perfect quote to describe the atmosphere we have here at MCO Inc., where we work hard every day, to accomplish our goals. But once in a while we all need to just have a little bit of fun and relax after a hard working day. Which leads us to working harder and better as a team; this is the time where we all get to know each other like a big family and help each with advises that will make everyone more successful the next day they come to the office.

Bowling for Bonding

All work and no play makes for a dreadful job. Every Wednesday night, after a day out in the field, we spend time together focusing on having fun.

Last week, some of the team members rounded up for a competitive bowling session at Colonial Lanes here in Orlando. Friends and family are invited to join us every week because they’re one of the multiple reasons we’re here doing what we do.

Growing individually allows you to grow professionally. Eventually, there is a point where you can no longer grow professionally by yourself. Bonding with your peers and developing genuine relationships allow you to assist one another in your professional growth.

Here at MCO Inc., we strive for all of our team members to work towards earning their own office through promotions. Together, we help make that a reality by assisting in training and encouraging one another. There is always the opportunity to learn something new from one another and you learn the most from those you work with on a daily basis.
