What Happens In Vegas…

Last week we took a trip to Vegas, without ever leaving Florida! Vegas was brought to us with a fun Casino themed night. We played a variety of games such as Poker, Roulette, and Blackjack. The competition was fierce as there was a prize on the line: lottery tickets! Friendly competition is a great way to bond and build team relationships, and what better way to do so than with some gambling.

“Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.”

Let us know in the comments what some of your favorite casino games are and how you like to build team relationships.

Having fun like the old times!

unnamed

Sometimes we need to go back in time and remember all of the old days when we used to have fun by playing games with our friends. After a long day at work there’s nothing better than enjoying a great time with your coworkers. Last week, some of the team members got together for a great time at Arcade City.  Friends and family are invited to join us every week, for our warming get together.

Here at MCO Inc., we strive for all of our team members to work towards earning their own office through promotions. But of course you need to work hard and dream big to be able to achieve that goal. If you have a mindset that you want to get someplace you need to start taking the first step today to achieve that goal in the future.

Let us know in the comments some ways you work on team building. We’re always looking for new and fun ways to bond with one another.

Operation Smiles ft Chipotle

On June 29, instead of hitting the field as usual, the team members first stopped by Chipotle to participate in our annual fundraiser. Operation Smile is a fundraising mission to help kids born with cleft lips or cleft palates in developing countries. Without the surgery, these children cannot consume food and their families often cannot afford the surgery. For as little as $240, Operation Smile gives them another chance.

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give” ~ Winston Churchill

At MCO Inc., our main mission is to develop our team members by teaching them the skills they will need to one day run their own offices. Our senior account executives train every person from the beginning until they become solo account managers. With hard work, team bonding, and even fundraising, every person grows a little every day.

Let us know in the comments if there are any suggestions for future fundraisers.

Friday’s on Wednesday

After a long day at work there’s nothing better than some great food and drinks. Last week, some of the team members got together for some great food and drinks at Friday’s.  Friends and family are invited to join us every week, for our warming get together.

“Don’t give up. The beginning is always the hardest. Life rewards those who work hard at it.”

Here at MCO Inc., we strive for all of our team members to work towards earning their own office through promotions. But of course you need to work hard to achieve that. Together, we help make that a reality by assisting in training and encouraging one another. There is always the opportunity to learn something new from one another and you learn the most from those you work with on a daily basis.

Congratulations, Rob!

We want to extend a congratulations to our team member Rob Coggin!

Last week, Rob was named one of the company’s VIP agents. Out of over 2,000 agents, only 10 were selected as outstanding performers. This is the first year the company introduced a VIP Experience for top performers at the annual National Conference, and one of our team members, Rob Coggin, has worked hard enough to earn that experience.

The VIP Experience includes VIP seating during the conference General Sessions and Awards Dinner. Agents also have their own VIP Meet and Mingle that include this year’s award nominees and winners. Inside the VIP Lounge, the agents have a private snack bar and photoshoot. Before the Awards Dinner, where they will have the front rows reserved for them, the VIP Agents will get to listen to a breakout discussion that features the company president and top performing ICL manager.

The National Conference is an incredible experience in itself and as an office, we are incredibly proud of Rob Coggin for achieving VIP status this year to make the trip even more memorable.

Bowling for Bonding

All work and no play makes for a dreadful job. Every Wednesday night, after a day out in the field, we spend time together focusing on having fun.

Last week, some of the team members rounded up for a competitive bowling session at Colonial Lanes here in Orlando. Friends and family are invited to join us every week because they’re one of the multiple reasons we’re here doing what we do.

Growing individually allows you to grow professionally. Eventually, there is a point where you can no longer grow professionally by yourself. Bonding with your peers and developing genuine relationships allow you to assist one another in your professional growth.

Here at MCO Inc., we strive for all of our team members to work towards earning their own office through promotions. Together, we help make that a reality by assisting in training and encouraging one another. There is always the opportunity to learn something new from one another and you learn the most from those you work with on a daily basis.
